Objective
- We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Motion Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Create videos that align with the provided brief, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a high standard of visual presentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our creative project coordinators to understand requirements, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative outputs are of the highest quality, both in terms of design and in alignment with the brand&aposs vision and objectives.
- Timely Deliverables: Adhere to tight schedules and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time without compromising on quality.
- Budget Adherence: Produce high-quality work that adheres to the allocated budget. Contribute to the team&aposs cost-saving goals and ensure consistent financial efficiency in creative production.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to optimize processes and reduce production costs without sacrificing quality. Achieve set monthly cost-saving targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in motion design, preferably within the mobile gaming industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of mobile game aesthetics and user experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
- Work onsite at the office (Monday - Friday, 9am - 12pm, 1:30pm - 6:30pm).
