About the Department
Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Overview Of The Role
- The primary responsibility is to develop strategies for revenue generation and business development. Providing effective relationship management to the high-net-worth individual segment, with special focus on the analysis and satisfaction of Mortgage customer's personal financial needs and objectives.
- Ensures familiarity and compliance with all UOB Bank policies and processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Accomplishes mortgage loan human resource objectives. The completed full fill as training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
- Building Developed relationships with Developer, Agency, Partnership and borrowers to promote continuous business.
- Interviewed and pre-qualified prospective borrowers. Advised borrowers of lock-in policy and ensured requests were completed accurately.
- Informed borrowers and related parties of loan options, market conditions, documents and other requirements needed to close the loan.
- Reviewed new loan guidelines, programs, updates and changes. Assisted operations personnel in processing and closing loans.
- Competes mortgage loans by monitoring collection, verification, and preparation of mortgage loan documentation; scheduling and completing mortgage loan closing.
- Protects bank's image by keeping mortgage loan information confidential.
- You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check.
Job Requirements
- University graduate.
- At least 02 years experience in Banking Mortgage Sales and Real estate.
- Extensive network of contacts in Hospitality, Retail, Entertainment segments.
- Proven sales experience and result orientation.
- Strong sales acumen with good sales and interpersonal skills.
- Written and spoken English.
- Self-confident, ambitious, willing to take challenges.
- High energy level, aggressive and can-to attitude.
- Knowledge of hardware, software and programming.
- Fast learner, independent and capable of working under pressure and efficiently.
