About the Role
We are looking for a Monetization Specialist with a strong focus on In-App Advertising (IAA) for Puzzle games (Sorting, Match-3). This role will drive ad monetization performance while gradually expanding into In-App Purchase (IAP) strategies for Roguelike and Card Game titles in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize IAA strategy (Rewarded Ads, Interstitials, Banners) to maximize revenue and user experience.
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as eCPM, ARPDAU, Fill Rate, Retention impact.
- Design and run A/B tests for ad placements, frequency, and formats.
- Collaborate with Product and UA teams to balance monetization and player experience.
- Analyze player behavior to identify monetization opportunities and risks.
- Gradually contribute to IAP design and strategy for midcore games (Roguelike, Card).
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in mobile game monetization, with strong hands-on experience in IAA.
- Solid understanding of ad formats, mediation, and monetization metrics.
- Experience working on Puzzle/Hybrid Casual games is a strong plus.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and expand into IAP systems and economy design.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ad mediation platforms (e.g., AdMob, ironSource).
- Basic understanding of game economy and IAP design.
- Experience running LiveOps or monetization experiments.
