Position Summary/ Tổng quan:
Provides technical support and leadership on production/processing methods and controls to meet quality standards in the most efficient manner for new and existing Injection molding processes.

Arrange manpower for the production line and conduct safety briefings.

Manage team members, enforce EHS requirements, and follow up on pending tasks.
Quản lý thành viên nhóm, tuân thủ yêu cầu EHS và theo dõi các công việc đang chờ xử lý.
Be responsible for the output, yield and quality of the area.
Chịu trách nhiệm về sản lượng, tỷ lệ thành phẩm và chất lượng của khu vực.
Implement 5S management in the on-site area.
Triển khai quản lý 5S tại khu vực hiện trường.
Report abnormalities.
Báo cáo các bất thường.
Yêu cầu công việc / Job Requirements:Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Kinh nghiệm làm việc: Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan .
Education: Associate degree or above.
Trình độ học vấn: Cao đẳng trở lên
Skills: Proven management and coordination capabilities
Kỹ năng: Có khả năng quản lý và phối hợp công việc đã được chứng minh.
Competency: Possess strong abnormality analysis skills
