As the Channel Manager, you are reporting to Head of MOFT Channel and be responsible in developing channel strategies, planning, execution and investment to ensure sales achievement
Key Responsibilities:
- Role play as a bridge between MKT & Sales
- Coordinate with Brand team and KA Team to develop trade activities by customer to deliver channel & customer ambitions
- Leverage brand category shopper understandings to:
- Define channel strategies & priorities in channel by brand
- Define right level of investments & rule of investment by channel by regions to deliver channel growth & ambition
- Define excited approaches & ambitious plans for Innovation brands
- In charge of products / campaign brief for external stakeholders
- Keep a pulse on channel partner trends and drive marketing excellence across the organization.
- Organize and execute campaigns through internal resources and external vendors.
- Input for strategies and plans that deliver Channel growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.
- Contribute channel inputs to the ICP process by identifying the key opportunities and possible action plans for each priority Channel in the market.
- Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behavior within the priority Channel(s).
- Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated
- Continuously source, update and communicate latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions within the channel, assessing implications/opportunities for HVN
- Work with Sakes teams to define and develop appropriate channel & key customer execution. Support the construction of key commercial propositions at the Channel level.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferable in business/marketing
- Experienced in FMCG in trade marketing or Key Account management
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in English both spoken & written
- Must be creative and results orientated.
