Job Summary
Manage strategic accounts while acquiring new customers to drive business growth. Maintain and expand the existing customer portfolio, participate in business development planning, and ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing feedback and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic accounts to achieve the company's sales KPIs and GMV targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the Modern Trade channel to support Kamereo's business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow the existing customer database while expanding the customer portfolio on a monthly basis. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Participate in business planning, including annual and quarterly business plan reviews.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of assigned customer accounts.
- Prepare business performance reports and provide insights and analysis for assigned customers.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, address complaints, and recommend appropriate improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor and manage sales contracts between buyers and sellers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) industry is a plus.
- Hard-working, patient, and proactive.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
