JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Operations
- Direct and supervise the implementation of sales plans and activities within the assigned region to achieve targets on revenue, growth, market share, product visibility, and display standards.
- Coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAM) to execute sales initiatives and ensure effective utilization of assets, POSM, and promotional tools.
- Analyze and evaluate employee KPIs regularly, propose corrective actions, and monitor execution to meet objectives.
Partner and Market Development
- Collaborate with KAM to strengthen partnerships with supermarket chains and explore new business opportunities.
- Monitor compliance with contractual agreements, planograms, and display standards.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at all points of sale and assess the effectiveness of promotional programs.
- Provide market insights and propose action plans to improve competitiveness and drive growth.
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance.
- Guide and enforce adherence to operational processes and standards, including the use of management applications and reporting systems.
Customer Relationship & Service Management
- Assess service quality provided to supermarkets (ordering, delivery, returns, stock rotation, handling damaged or near-expiry goods).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket management and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
Budget and Cost Management
- Manage and control operational budgets and costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a similar managerial role within multinational or large-scale companies in dairy, food, or FMCG (preferably dairy).
- Proven experience in managing sales operations for supermarket channels or chain stores.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of brand/category management and business planning.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, decision-making, recruitment, training, and team building.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers and partners.
- Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English.
