ABOUT THE JOB
- Develop and lead the mobile development team (iOS/Android).
- Integrate APIs and optimize performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct code reviews, define architecture, and establish coding standards.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines for mobile, automate build and release processes.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing technical training and direction.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficient in one or more mobile frameworks: Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native.
- Strong experience in super app/mini app development, SDK creation, and modularized application design.
- Proven track record in performance optimization (startup time, memory usage, rendering, networking).
- Solid understanding of mobile UX/UI and App Store / Google Play guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with app publishing, compliance, and review handling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams..
