Responsibility

oDesign, implement, and optimize Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for iOS devices.

oManage device enrollment, configuration, security policies, and compliance using MDM platforms.

oTroubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues, ensuring smooth operation and security of managed iOS devices.

oWork closely with IT and security teams to enhance MDM policies, deployment strategies, and automation.

oKeep up to date with Apples MDM capabilities, DEP, VPP, and enterprise security best practices.

oProvide technical expertise, documentation, and training for internal teams.

Qualifications

o3+ years of experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) with iOS.

oStrong expertise in Apples MDM framework, including DEP, VPP, APNs, and Managed App Configurations.

oHands-on experience with leading MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, or similar).

oIn-depth understanding of iOS security, provisioning, and enterprise deployment models.

oStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze logs for diagnosing MDM-related issues.

oExperience working with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and enterprise-level iOS device fleets.

oExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

oGood English communication
