Job Description
- Produce fully functional mobile applications by writing clean code using React Native.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to bring product visions to life.
- Develop new features in a modularized and re-usable React Native code base
- Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance applications and ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms (iOS & Android).
- Design interfaces to improve user experience
- Liaise with the Product development team to plan new features
- Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
- Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends in mobile development, including React Native and related libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
- At least 3+ years of experience as a mobile application developer with a strong focus on React Native.
- Proven experience as a Mobile developer
- Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or the CH Play
- Platform-Specific Code: Knowing how to handle platform-specific code for each platform (iOS vs. Android).
- Experience working with POS machines and integrating payment devices.
- Handling and integrating Real-time activities and in-app notifications effectively.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest) and mobile testing tools (e.g., Detox).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to perform in a team environment
