Job Description
- Supplier Quality Monitoring and Evaluation:
Conduct quality assessments of suppliers to ensure they meet the company's required quality standards.
Regularly perform on-site audits of suppliers to inspect their production processes and quality control measures.
- Identification and Resolution of Material Quality Issues:
Monitor the quality of materials and components provided by suppliers, identifying potential quality issues.
Analyze the root causes of quality problems and collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement improvement plans.
- Quality Inspection and Abnormality Improvement:
Continuously improve supply chain quality management processes to enhance overall quality management levels.
Collect and analyze supplier quality data, generate quality reports, and provide a basis for decision-making.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal engineering teams, procurement departments, and other relevant departments to ensure supplier quality issues are resolved promptly.
