Job Description

1. Production Process Design and Optimization:
Design and optimize existing production processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvement suggestions.
Production Technical Support:
Provide technical support to the production line and resolve technical issues during the production process.
Assist the production line with equipment debugging and maintenance to ensure normal operation of production equipment.
Quality Control and Improvement:
Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.
Analyze quality data to identify root causes of issues and propose corrective actions.
Project Management:
Manage production technology projects, coordinate resources and schedules, and ensure timely project completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Documentation and Training:
Write production process and operation manuals to ensure standardization and traceability of production processes.
Train production line staff to enhance their technical skills and operational proficiency.
