Job Description
- Production Process Design and Optimization:
- Design and optimize existing product manufacturing processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvement plans.
- Problem Identification and Resolution:
- Identify and resolve typical or related issues that may arise during the production process through existing procedures.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to evaluate and select the best solutions.
- Production Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to the production line and resolve technical issues during the production process.
- Assist in training production personnel to enhance their technical capabilities.
- Quality Control and Improvement:
- Participate in quality control activities to ensure products meet company quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and propose and implement quality improvement measures.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other departments to participate in new product introduction and production feasibility assessments.
- Prepare technical documents to ensure standardization and traceability of production processes.
