Job Description
- Automated Test Equipment Design and Optimization:
- Assist in designing and optimizing automated test equipment based on product testing requirements to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Use common engineering drawing and design tools (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to create and modify equipment parts.
- New Product Introduction Equipment Planning and Installation:
- Participate in the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, assisting in the planning, installation, and calibration of test equipment to ensure a smooth transition of the testing process to mass production.
- Collaborate with engineers for on-site testing and adjustments, resolving initial equipment anomalies.
- Equipment Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs of equipment according to standard operating procedures to ensure stable operation of production line equipment.
- Assist in recording and analyzing equipment anomaly data and provide preliminary improvement suggestions.
- Technical Documentation Writing and Updating:
- Write and update equipment operation manuals, maintenance records, and related technical documents to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Personnel Training:
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other departments to help resolve technical issues related to equipment during the production process.
- Assist in training production line operators on the correct use and maintenance of test equipment.
