Job Description
- Project Planning and Process Scheduling:
- Develop detailed plans for automation projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Design project workflows to ensure tasks are carried out in an orderly manner.
- Project Execution and Progress Tracking:
- Responsible for daily project management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Regularly track project progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Resource and Budget Management:
- Manage project resources and budgets using established processes and tools.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources and control project costs.
- Cross-Departmental Communication and Coordination:
- Communicate with various departments to coordinate project-related matters.
- Hold regular project meetings, organize meeting minutes, and ensure consensus among project members regarding discussion topics and project progress.
- Technical Learning and Problem Solving:
- Acquire knowledge or solutions in technical fields during project execution.
- Analyze and provide solutions to problems encountered in the project.
