- Lead on-site anomaly analysis and follow up on improvements
- Conduct CPK analysis, TPI applications, and WE improvements
- Optimize process SOPs and implement error-proofing for human error points
- Draft the basic framework for PFMEA and Control Plan
- Assist in fixture development, validation, and report writing
