Job Description
- 1. Production Process Design and Optimization:
- Analyze existing production processes and propose improvement suggestions to enhance production efficiency.
- Design and implement new production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Production Equipment and Tool Management:
- Evaluate and ensure an appropriate quantity of production equipment and tools to guarantee smooth production operations.
- Production Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and issues in the production process.
- Prepare production improvement reports, providing data support to optimize production processes.
- Quality Control and Improvement:
- Analyze the interaction between quality issues and production processes, propose and implement improvement measures.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
- Participate in new product introduction processes, providing industrial engineering support and recommendations.
- Employee Training and Guidance:
- Guide production line employees to ensure they are familiar with and adhere to production processes and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve technical issues in the production process.
