Job Description
- Confirm and consolidate manpower for each shift and report, ensuring control over line staffing
- Confirm and report production progress & abnormalities to achieve output targets
- Coordinate resources for line changeovers to reduce changeover time
- Identify typical issues in the production process, evaluate and select solutions according to established procedures, assist the production line in handling abnormalities and follow up to ensure product quality
- Monitor product quality during the production process to ensure compliance with company standards
- Handle 105/IPQC/FQC abnormalities, propose and implement quality improvement measures
- Track and confirm the completion status of work orders (WIP) to achieve the target work order closure rate
- Supervise on-site personnel discipline, quality control, 7S inspection and rectification to ensure the production workshop meets 7S standards
- Employee training and guidance: Provide technical guidance and training for the production team to ensure team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge. Assist with onboarding training for new employees to ensure their quick adaptation to the job.
