Job Description
- SMT Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Regularly inspect and maintain SMT equipment to ensure normal operation.
- Respond quickly and resolve equipment failures during the production process to minimize downtime.
- **Support NPI (DFM/DFT) evaluation**
- Equipment Performance Optimization:
- Analyze equipment operation data, propose and implement performance improvement plans.
- Conduct equipment debugging to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
- **Analyze causes of SMT equipment anomalies and implement countermeasures to enhance productivity**
- **Lead small improvement projects (OEE enhancement)**
- Equipment Installation and Debugging:
- Assist in the installation and debugging of new equipment to ensure it meets production requirements.
- Train operators to ensure they can correctly use and maintain the equipment.
- **Familiar with SMT equipment operation and application, establish skills training plans, cultivate engineering line anomaly analysis capability (5W, short/long-term countermeasures, parallel operations & prevention), and reduce anomaly handling time**
- **Establish simplified, optimized, and standardized SMT equipment execution processes, and promptly improve after equipment anomalies to achieve rapid problem-solving capabilities**
- Technical Support and Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and other engineering teams to provide technical support.
- Participate in equipment selection and technical evaluation, offering suggestions to improve production line efficiency.
- **Evaluate and verify new equipment data and assist in organizing report data**
- **Find the best solutions through team communication.**
