Job Description
- Line change and preparation work before line change to achieve line change targets
- Closing orders and handling remainders, promptly closing work orders
- First article/line change inspection, Level 1 maintenance checklist to ensure production quality
- OP position training, attendance management (resignation/leave), ensuring accurate manpower status
- Productivity reports/production progress/yield tracking to achieve KPI targets
- Electronic Kanban maintenance, quality history review/VI defect image review to prevent recurrence of past defects
- Confirm status of remaining material numbers to ensure correct materials for the next process
- Ensure proper use of PPE for workplace safety, Level 3 safety training
- Handling material anomalies to ensure abnormal materials are not used
- Asset inventory to ensure on-site account consistency and assist production
- Analyze quality issues in the production process, propose improvement measures, and follow up on implementation.
