Job Description
- SMT Production Process Design and Optimization:
- Design and optimize SMT production line processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor the production process, identify and resolve potential technical issues.
- Production Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze production data, and propose improvement suggestions.
- Prepare production reports to update superiors on production status and improvement measures.
- New Product Introduction and Pilot Production:
- Participate in the introduction and pilot production of new products to ensure smooth transition to mass production.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to resolve technical issues during new product pilot production.
- Quality Control and Improvement:
- Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Analyze quality issues and propose and implement improvement measures.
- Employee Training and Guidance:
- Train production line operators to ensure they master correct operating procedures and skills.
- Guide new engineers to help them quickly adapt to their work.
