- Position: Marketing Manager (Brand & Influencer) for a fast-growing makeup brand specializing in color cosmetics across Southeast Asia.
- Location & Hours: Based on District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, working Monday to Friday from 9 A.M to 6 P.M.
- Team Leadership: Responsible for managing and mentoring a team of over 10 employees
- Strategy & Growth: Tasked with developing overall marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and analyzing beauty market trends and competitor activities in Vietnam.
- Campaign & Content: Oversees campaign planning and content direction across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, livestream, and e-commerce platforms.
- Influencer Marketing: Leads the KOL/KOC strategy and builds relationships with agencies, creators, media partners, and beauty communities.
- Data & Budgeting: Monitors performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, GMV) and manages the marketing budget allocation.
- Experience Required: Generates 4-7+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand, or Influencer Marketing, with a strong preference for the makeup brands.
- Key Skills: Requires fluency in English, deep understanding of Gen Z consumers, and strong leadership skills.
