Responsibilities:
- Operate, administer, and maintain the Enterprise Network system at Headquarters and domestic/overseas branches.
- Configure and manage network devices such as Routers, Switches, and Firewalls/NGFWs, ensuring High Availability (HA) and meeting the 3S criteria: Secure Stable Speed.
- Manage and operate Enterprise Wi-Fi systems: SSID, roaming, basic RF tuning, and 802.1X authentication.
- Manage and upgrade network monitoring & alerting systems to ensure early incident detection and fast root-cause isolation.
- Proactively inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot network issues at the operational level, including root-cause analysis and service restoration.
- Participate in new office/branch setup, renovation, or expansion projects: infrastructure survey, deployment coordination, acceptance testing, and operational handover.
Requirements:
1. Education
- College or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, and Switching.
- Basic foundation in Information Security.
- Knowledge or experience in Enterprise Wi-Fi and 802.11 standards is a plus.
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIS, or equivalent are an advantage.
2. Experience & Network Expertise
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Network architecture, including:
- VLAN, VRF
- STP, LACP
- OSPF/BGP (basic level)
- NAT, DHCP, DNS
- Experience in operating and troubleshooting Routers, Switches, and Monitoring systems.
- Basic programming foundation with understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Candidates with coding ability to support system/network operations are preferred.
3. Automation / AI Knowledge
- Understanding of Git workflow: pull request / merge request, code review, and basic conflict resolution.
- Experience or knowledge in using Ansible and/or Python for network automation.
- Experience working with API/SSH.
- Ability to process JSON/YAML data.
- Any additional experience related to Automation, AI, or workflow automation is a strong plus.
