Job ScopeYou are part of an agile team where you take full ownership of the user stories and product features assigned to you. You will actively participate in the full QA process with open collaboration from all team members. More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing requirements, analyzing acceptance criteria, and identifying test conditions.
- Designing, maintaining, and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for both new and existing product features.
- Performing manual testing (functional, regression, integration, exploratory).
- Reporting, tracking, and verifying bugs using standard issue-tracking tools.
- Collaborating closely with developers, BA/PO, and other QA members throughout the sprint.
- Building and maintaining basic automation scripts (30%) for API/UI regression using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar.
- Participating in cross-testing with teammates to ensure product quality.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA workflow and testing strategy.
Requirements- Strong background in software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and SDLC/STLC.
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience, with 70% Manual Testing and 30% Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing for Web and API.
- Familiar with API testing tools (Postman/REST clients).
- Basic experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or similar).
- Familiar with SQL for data validation.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Comfortable with Git (GitHub/GitLab) for source control.
- Flexible to learn and switch technologies or testing tools on demand.
- A great team player who is well self-managed, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.
Good to Have- Experience with Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or similar).
