At Ahamove, the product ecosystem operates at large scale with high real-time
interactivity — connecting individual customers (B2C), the business portal (B2B),
drivers/transport partners, the Hub warehouse management system, shift scheduling,
and fleet dispatch.
The Middle QC Engineer plays a core role in ensuring the integrity, stability, and smooth
experience of the entire set of complex logistics business flows. You will apply rigorous
test design techniques, work confidently with data across multiple platforms (SQL,
MongoDB, Redis,...), and proactively leverage the power of AI to optimize testing
performance.
2.Key Responsibilities
- Test Analysis & Planning: Deeply review product documentation (PRDs, User Stories, business flows) across modules — Customer App, Driver App, Merchant Portal, Hub Management System — to build comprehensive Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases;
- Apply advanced Test Design Techniques: Select and skillfully execute test design techniques (BVA, EP, ....) on real operational logic problems (dynamic pricing algorithms, multi-point routing & order matching, ride allocation by radius/shift, driver/business wallet reconciliation);
- Integrate & apply AI in Testing: Flexibly leverage AI tools (LLMs, AI QA tools) to help generate test data, uncover potential edge cases, draft test scripts, and summarize defect analysis; critically evaluate and take ownership of AI-generated output to ensure accuracy against real business logic;
- Cross-platform data validation & querying: Directly inspect, query, and reconcile order status, transaction data, and sync flows across storage systems (Relational DB, NoSQL, In-memory Cache);
- Cross-platform test execution: Conduct Functional, Integration, API, Cross-platform (iOS/Android/Web), and Regression Testing for each new feature release;
- Defect management & cross-team collaboration: Track the bug lifecycle on Jira/ClickUp; work closely with Developers, POs, and Ops teams to reproduce complex bugs, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and finalize fixes.
3.Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience as a QC/QA Software Tester across both Mobile App (iOS/Android) and Web Application platforms;
- Proficient in Test Design Techniques: Clear understanding of the nature, pros/cons, and real-world application context of each test design technique; no ad-hoc or intuition-based testing;
- Solid data querying skills: Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.), with experience querying/validating data on NoSQL (MongoDB) and In-memory/Cache systems (Redis) to support backend data and order status validation;
- API Testing: Skilled with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, Insomnia; solid understanding of RESTful API structure, status codes, payloads, headers, and authentication;
- AI mindset & application skills: Regularly uses AI in the workflow; clearly understands its strengths (faster turnaround, expanded test ideas) and weaknesses (risk of inaccurate information/hallucination, lack of deep context) in order to control output quality safely and accurately;

Nice to have
- Testing experience in fields such as: Logistics, On-demand Delivery, Ride-hailing, E-commerce, Supply Chain;
- Familiarity with or prior experience working with real-time systems (Real-time tracking, WebSocket, MQTT, GPS Routing/Map);
- An interest in or foundational knowledge of Automation Testing (Appium, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
