About the Job
We are a global travel: a connected platform spanning hospitality distribution, marketplace operations, payment infrastructure, and property management.
We hire QA engineers who treat quality as a product feature, not a gatekeeping step. You will work on payment and distribution systems where a single missed edge case directly impacts revenue and guest experience. You define the test approach for your assigned surfaces and distinguish between what must be automated and what warrants exploratory judgment, and you act as the engineering function's early-warning system, surfacing quality risks at design time, not discovery-testing them after the fact.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and exploratory test cases to validate new features, regressions, and edge cases.
- Build and maintain automated UI, API, and integration tests, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines to improve quality and reduce regression effort.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering early in the SDLC to identify risks, improve testability, and define effective test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Validate end-to-end data flows across APIs, databases, and user interfaces, and investigate, reproduce, and document defects with clear root-cause analysis.
- Monitor production quality using observability tools, improve test coverage, and contribute to release readiness, quality metrics, and continuous process improvements.
- Champion a quality-first culture by proactively identifying risks, improving testing practices, and promoting shared ownership of product quality.
