II. Job Description:

We are looking for a (Middle) Python Developer who will be responsible for building the architecture, implementing new features, and maintaining them to improve the quality of the service. This position will be based at ATS client office for supporting their current projects.

III. Job Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a Backend Engineer or similar software engineering roles.
• 1+ years experience in building large-scale real-world projects.
• Programming language: Python and/or Go. Strong coding and debugging skills.
• An understanding of core backend methodologies like REST, GraphQL, and common pitfalls when using other frameworks: Flask, FastAPI (Python) or Gin, Fiber (Golang).
• Strong experience in designing complex systems (System design, OOP design).
• Experience with Linux-based environments.
• Experience working in a 24/7/365 service environment.
• Experience with caching layers (e.g. Redis / ElastiCache).
• Tools: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
• Good knowledge of message queue and message broker systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, AWS SNS/SQS.
• Familiarity with Agile workflow methodologies (SCRUM).
• Love to automate things and ability to be flexible and assist in other areas where needed.
• Excellent technical, organizational, analytical and documentation skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think about possible issues.

IV. Other information:

• Mode of work: 100% on-site at client office (Times City, Ha Noi)
• Level: Pre-Middle to Middle, at least 3 years of experience
• Range salary: 25,000,000 - 30,000,000 VND gross/month
• Duration: 6-month contract, possibly extendable depending on the project
• Expected onboarding date: ASAP (preferred), 1-2 weeks after getting an offer
• English: reading comprehension, no English speaking required
• Laptop and other devices: Self-provided
