Job Description

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze player data across multiple game titles
Build dashboards and visualization reports for business and product teams
Monitor core KPIs: retention rate, playtime, conversion, monetization, UA performance, etc.
Work closely with game designers, product owners, and marketing to identify trends and opportunities
Design A/B testing plans and evaluate performance impact
Support predictive and behavioral modeling to optimize user journey
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in Data Analysis (preferably in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products).
Strong skills in SQL and working with relational databases.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar).
Strong experience in using Firebase (Analytics, Events, Funnels) and Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.
Solid understanding of analytical concepts: cohorts, funnels, segmentation, retention, and LTV.
Experience working with large data sets and ETL processes.
Good communication skills and ability to explain complex data in simple insights.
English: intermediate or above.
