Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing various types of contracts and agreements (International contracts, Commercial contracts, NDA, MOU, etc.)
- Managing and executing procedures for the issuance, amendment, and renewal of operating licenses: ERC (Enterprise Registration Certificate), Intellectual Property rights, Fire Safety records, and other sub-licenses as required.
- Developing, reviewing, and supervising the implementation of internal policies, templates, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure systematic organization and compliance with confidentiality principles.
- Researching, analyzing, and updating new legal regulations of Vietnam and key markets: EU, Asia, etc. affecting cross-border business operations.
- Consulting and collaborating with external law firms or service providers to handle internal legal matters arising from the Company's business and operations.
- Representing the company in legal disputes, handling complaints, and resolving other legal issues (if any).
- Assessing compliance and operational risks to provide preventive measures within the legal frameworks of all involved parties.
- Support and execute legal administrative tasks (including but not limited to: printing, document routing for signatures, and registering corporate utilities/services).
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track work performance, progress of pending legal matters, and compliance status across all departments.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the L&C leader.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B).
- Experience: 24 years in internal legal counsel. Experience in researching and analyzing foreign laws and performing administrative procedures is a strong plus.
- Language: Proficient in English (particularly in legal and business writing).
- Technology: Tech-savvy in Google Workspace (Sheets/Apps Script) or other digital project management tools.
- Other Requirements: Strict adherence to internal processes and compliance standards & Strong legal analytical mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
