II. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines across services and apps.
- Manage infrastructure as code; automate provisioning and configuration.
- Implement monitoring/alerting and support incident response/postmortems.
- Collaborate on access, secrets, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Drive performance and scalability improvements.
III. REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE:
- 4+ years in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure Engineering.
- Kubernetes (REQUIRED): Proficient at deploying, managing, and troubleshooting K8s in production. Strong understanding of Pod lifecycle, networking (CNI), Ingress, ConfigMap/Secret, RBAC, resource limits, and HPA/VPA.
- Public Cloud: Hands-on experience with at least one of AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean (provisioning, networking, IAM, monitoring).
- Real production deployment and operations experience: Hands-on experience from infrastructure setup through post-launch operations, including handling real incidents and scaling the system.
- Linux and Networking: Proficient with the command line, shell scripting (Bash), and core networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, TLS).
- CI/CD: Experience building pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent.
- Infrastructure as Code: Comfortable using Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or similar to manage infrastructure.
- Observability: Solid grasp of metrics, logs, and traces. Familiar with Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tools.
- English communication: Strong reading comprehension; able to communicate via text/chat with the US team (solid written English).
NICE TO HAVE:
- Coding skills (PLUS): Able to write code (Node.js, Go, Python, etc.) to build tooling, automation scripts, or contribute to application codebases.
- Effective use of AI tools (PLUS): Experience using Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other AI assistants to boost productivity — writing IaC, debugging, drafting runbooks, log analysis, and more.
- Relevant certifications: CKA, CKAD, AWS / GCP / Azure Certified, HashiCorp Certified.
- Prior experience working in a SaaS environment serving international customers.
- Open-source contributions or a personal technical blog.
