Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales IT to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert advice, and implement effective solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify client needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices in eCommerce and digital transformation.
  • Pitch proposals to potential clients and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collect service fees from clients on time and manage billing processes.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience as a Sales IT or similar role, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in eCommerce and digital transformation.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
