Reports to: Senior DA
About the Role
As the Middle Business Data Analyst for Studio Operations, you own the day-to-day reporting that tells us how our gaming studios are performing. You build and run the live dash boards yourself, keep the underlying data clean, and turn raw metrics into a clear read on studio health, project health, and team performance. You work independently across defined reporting areas, escalate the risks you spot, and support the Senior Analyst on forecasting and the harder analytical calls. This is the bridge between maintaining the numbers and owning what they mean.
What You'll Do
- Build and run dashboards. Design, build, and maintain live dashboards in our BI platforms, current to the day, without needing them scoped line by line.
- Own defined reporting areas. Take end-to-end ownership of specific studio and project reports, from data pull to final view.
- Turn data into signal. Go beyond the chart. Spot the trend, flag the risk with its impact, and bring it to the Senior Analyst or delivery team with a suggested read.
- Support forecasting. Help build and maintain trend, capacity, and velocity models under the Senior Analyst's direction.
- Keep the data clean. Hold Jira and data hygiene to the agreed standards across your areas, and flag systemic gaps for enforcement.
- Apply AI. Use AI and modern tooling to automate data collection, synthesis, and routine reporting.
