Receive general requirements from onsites, self-analyze and write software functional description documents, basic design documents
Communicate directly with users and customers to perform Q&A, clarify requirements and get document approval
Implement project requirements
Analyze indicators, periodic and unexpected developments, evaluate efficiency and forecasting business results.
Provide timely recommendations and solutions when there are unusual changes to the indicators reflecting the situation of business results.
Be the final guarantee for the Offshore side about the functions that have been implemented correctly and sufficiently (not to check the details of the functions but to check the top of the functional items to make sure there are no missing and wrong requirements)
Requirements
Graduates from a regular university, majoring in IT
Have a background in IT
Have at least 2 years of experience as a BA, or 3 years of experience as a tester and have an orientation to become a BA
Able to learn quickly
Analyze requirements and break down basic design documents
To be able to design DataBase is an advantage
To know Japanese is an advantage, can read and understand customer documents (expect N2, optional)
