Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mid-Level Associate Attorney in our Vietnam office. Daily responsibilities include providing legal advice, conducting thorough research on regulations and laws, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and offering support in labor and employment law matters. The Associate Attorney will also play an active role in facilitating negotiations and supporting the organization's business consulting goals within legal frameworks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, with specific experience in Labor and Employment Law
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and conducting in-depth legal Research
- Skilled in Negotiation and strategic legal problem-solving
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and international environment
- Bar membership and legal certification in Vietnam or relevant jurisdiction
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is highly desirable
