Mid-level Architect

Swan & Maclaren is looking for suitable candidate to be part of the team.

Responsibilities:

•            Develop creative design idea solutions, concepts and quotations.

•            Manage design assignment from inception to completion.

•            To prepare drawings and details.

•            Planning, design and evaluation of such designs.

•            Design and implementation of projects.

•            Coordinate and supervise on design execution for smooth implementation.

•            Ability to work independently and efficiently.

•            Review specifications and drawings, and prepare estimates.

•            To coordinate and liaise with various consultants and ensure satisfactory completion of projects.

•            To coordinate on submission plans and liaise with authorities.

•            To attend / conduct site meetings, site evaluations and site inspections.

•            Manage projects from design, supervision and implementation until issuance of CMGD.

•            To have flexibility on Multi task given by leader

Requirement:

• Bachelors or Master Degree in architecture, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional service from preferred. Experience with developing various plans (from concepts to detailed plans) at different scales.
• Excellent design, visualization, creative and innovative land planning and (hand) graphic skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-Up, D5 Render, and MS Office.
• Preferred skill(s): Freehand Sketching, Sketch up, D5 render;
• Master planning and concept design.
• DD Knowledge.
• Good Sketches preferred.
• Passionate and Creative in architect design.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Perform CAD drawing development for Singapore office (if required).
• Support the implementation of drawing development for projects in Vietnam and internationally.

Key requirements:

•            Ability to multitask based on company assignments.

•            Strong architectural design mindset; proficiency in interior or landscape design is an advantage.

•            Experience in designing healthcare or hospital projects is a plus.
