As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a talented Mid/Senior Front-End Developer to join our team and contribute to international projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable front-end applications using ReactJS & SPFx.
- Engage directly with EU clients to gather requirements, clarify features, and present implementation plans. and assign tasks to the development team.
- Ensure the delivery quality and management team skill
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Designers, and Back-End Engineers.
- Ensure high code quality via unit tests, code reviews, and best practices.
- Represent the front-end team professionally in client-facing situations, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and business expectations.
- Stay updated on front-end trends and bring improvements to architecture and performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks such as JS, ReactJS, or SPFx.
- Solid understanding of front-end architecture, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
- Experience with state management libraries.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and data formats (JSON, XML, SOAP).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership experience is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with backend or full-stack development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, or SharePoint.
- Familiarity with database systems such as MS SQL Server or MySQL.
- Proficiency with developer tools such as NPM, Bower, Grunt, Gulp, or Yeoman.
