About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our software projects are executed efficiently and align with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for developers and designers.
- Conduct workflow analysis and propose system enhancements to improve business processes.
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, monitoring, and reporting progress.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks to ensure successful implementation.
- Facilitate meetings between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in developing training materials.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years in a Business System Analyst role.
- Proven experience managing projects or working closely with PMs.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of programming languages or development environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Industry Expertise: Experience within the E-commerce domain (e.g., payment, logistics, catalog management, customer journeys).
- Global Systems Knowledge: Proven understanding of multi-country system architecture (language/i18n, currency/forex, account segregation, multi-cloud).
- Experience with mockup design tools and workflow markers
- Familiarity with RDBMS: MySQL/PostgreSQL/MSSQL/Oracle
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master).
- Experience in software or SaaS-related industries.
- Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, AWS) or modern development frameworks.
