About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior D365 Developer with excellent English communication skills who can lead technical conversations, mentor engineers and take ownership as we migrate Dynamics 365 solutions and environments across tenants.
This is a full-time dedicated role for an enterprise program. The ideal candidate is hands-on, experienced with D365 customization, extensions, integrations and is strong in Azure DevOps automation to support CI/CD workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical discussions with internal teams and client stakeholders during the D365 tenant migration program.
- Design, customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Implement development best practices and mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
- Build and maintain automation pipelines using Azure DevOps for deployment and environment management.
- Troubleshoot issues across environments and ensure smooth migration of configurations, data and extensions.
- Collaborate cross functionally with architects, functional consultants and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills and Experience- Minimum 57 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
- Strong expertise in D365 customization, plugins, workflows, extensions, solution deployment.
- Proven experience in tenant-to-tenant migration is highly preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of Azure DevOps automation for CI/CD.
- Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to lead conversations confidently.
- Strong mentoring capability and ability to guide engineers.
- Good problem-solving skills and experience in enterprise-scale environments.
