Your day at NTT DATA
We are looking for a Customer Success professional specializing in the Manufacturing sector to drive successful solution adoption and long-term value realization for enterprise clients.
This role focuses on understanding manufacturing operations, identifying digital transformation opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle for Manufacturing clients
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding business processes (supply chain, production, operations) and transformation needs
- Identify whitespace opportunities and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with delivery, technical, and sales teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Lead solution discussions and ROI-driven presentations tailored to manufacturing use cases
- Support project governance and ensure successful execution aligned with client expectations
- Strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications And Experience
- 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or solution delivery
- Strong exposure to Manufacturing industry (factory, supply chain, operations, etc.)
- Strong consulting mindset with ability to translate business needs into solutions
- Ability to present value and ROI clearly to clients
- Proactive, customer-centric, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English professional proficiency (Japanese is a plus)
Preferred
- Background in IT services / digital transformation / smart factory solutions
- Experience working with Japanese manufacturing clients is a strong advantage

Work Schedule:
- Hybrid working mode.
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00.
- Flexible start hours between 7:45 AM and 9:00 AM with manager approval.

Hanoi Office: Room 202, 2nd Floor, HITC Building, 239 Xuan Thuy street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi.
