About the Role
We are building an in-house Meta (Facebook & Instagram) performance team in Vietnam and are looking for a strong Meta Media Buying Specialist to drive scalable growth.
This role is highly performance-driven and requires deep hands-on expertise in managing, optimizing, and scaling Meta advertising campaigns.
Senior candidates with strong potential may be considered and promoted to Lead
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (campaigns, ad sets, ads, and audiences).
- Manage and scale advertising budgets while maintaining target CPA, ROAS, and overall profitability.
- Design and refine account structures to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, CPM,
- Frequency, and Learning Phase.
2. Performance Analysis & Growth
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Maintain structured testing frameworks, optimization processes, and performance documentation.
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution setup (Meta Pixel, CAPI, UTMs).
- Troubleshoot issues related to ad accounts, compliance, and platform policies.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Creative teams to develop and iterate performance-driven ad creatives.
- Align campaign strategies with marketing objectives and growth targets.
- Contribute actively to campaign strategy and optimization while supporting collaboration within the team.
Requirements Must-Have
- 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with meaningful budgets.
- Proven track record of achieving strong performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, scaling results).
- Strong understanding of: User acquisition funnels, conversion tracking (Pixel, CAPI, UTMs), attribution models, learning phase mechanics and scaling strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Experience working with structured processes, testing frameworks, and optimization logs.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance outcomes.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience building or scaling an in-house Meta buying team.
- Background in high-volume consumer apps or aggressive user acquisition verticals.
- Familiarity with multi-account setups, AdsPower, cloud desktops, or account risk management systems.
- Experience managing large-scale monthly budgets.
