MES Project Engineer

Role Description

Develop and manage the MES project plan, including timelines, resources, and milestones.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project progress and issue resolution.

Collect and analyze business requirements from production and translate them into MES system functions.

Support MES testing, validation, and deployment activities.

Track project implementation status and prepare weekly progress reports.

Facilitate communication between departments.

Monitor MES performance after go-live and coordinate improvement actions.

Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and change requests.

Identify risks and propose mitigation plans for project execution..

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, IE, or related field).

3+ years of experience in manufacturing planning.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production data flow.

Good project management and documentation skills (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage tasks under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with MES/SFC systems is an advantage.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
