Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical M&A Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential merger and acquisition opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives. You will lead financial modeling and valuation efforts, manage due diligence processes, support deal structuring and negotiations, and contribute to post-merger integration to ensure long-term value creation. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate finance or M&A, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams and external advisors. Prior experience at a Big Four firm and full-cycle deal execution are highly preferred. This is a full-time position based in Dubai and requires relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze potential M&A opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.
  • Develop detailed financial models and conduct comprehensive valuations (e.g., DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions) to assess target companies.
  • Coordinate and manage the due diligence process, working closely with internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, etc.) to identify key risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in structuring and negotiating transaction terms, including preparing term sheets and definitive agreements.
  • Support the integration of acquired businesses to ensure a smooth transition and maximize value creation.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform M&A strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Only candidates based in Dubai or willing to relocate full-time will be considered.
  • More than 4 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience working at a Big Four audit firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with a full M&A deal lifecycle, from origination to integration.
