Main Responsibilities:
1. Macro Layout Management:
- Based on the format guideline and category strategy, arrange the store layout to drive the traffic and meet customers demand.
- Propose the layout based on store format definition.
2. Planogram (POG) management:
- Use Spaceman to create the standard POG based on category strategy, customer decision tree, store format and promotion campaign.
- Manage the assortment and work with buyers and supply chain team to ensure the stock availability when executing the POG at store.
- Liaise with OMS system to transfer the POG to store and ensure the stores execute the POG in the required timeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Commercial, Economics
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Retail merchandising or similar functions
- Good in English (writing, reading, speaking, listening)
