A Product Supervisor monitor Manager's instruction and executes actions to meet PLC KPIs (Sell thru, Margin). He/ She also coordinate with other departments such as accounting, logistic, marketing, retail. Store support to ensure right product, right assortment and right allocation to hit monthly sales target.

Assist manager in market research and competitive analysis skills to understand the market.
Follow up Approved budget.
Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends.
Prepare line sheet and lookbook.
Coordination of logistics and distribution.
Work closely with operations in order to receive new shipments.
Planning and following LC and payment requests.
Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels.
Master file management, send price proposals, and implementation of pricing strategy.
Collect data, analyze, and monitor inventory on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Help with decision-making process and executing action plan with Manager.
Work closely with Manager to review daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Sell through management and market analysis.
Prepare PSM for other Departments (Sales Retail/ MKT), training plan & conduct training for the Store team.
Support in developing short and long-term inventory plans.
Support Product Manager and Brand Manager in requests.
20% dedicated for Financial Forecasting Tasks (new projects)
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
Analyze financial data on new projects and create financial models for managers decision support.
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
Analyze past results, perform variant analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements
Qualification:
College, Bachelor's degree, or relevant certificate.
Knowledge:
Good knowledge of retail & fashion.
Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience working as a merchandiser/buyer in fashion/retail.
Skill/ competence:
Able to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced team environment with strong computer skills. Excel is a must.
Able to communicate in both Vietnamese and English effectively at all levels.
Experience in a sales-driven environment with strong analytical and time management skills.
Close attention to detail.
Good in communication in both English & Vietnamese.
