Aufgabengebiet

  • Product & Project Sourcing

Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand product and project requirements (cost, innovation, quality, delivery timelines).

Align sourcing priorities with product launch plans defined by the Product Management Group.

Identify, evaluate, and develop supplier solutions that meet project goals.

  • Supplier Management & Development

Build and maintain a strong supplier network across Southeast Asia.

Conduct supplier sourcing, screening, and benchmarking based on competitiveness and capability.

Perform on-site audits to assess suppliers manufacturing processes, materials, quality systems, and compliance.

Ensure formal agreements with suppliers on pricing, lead times, quality standards, and Code of Conduct.

  • Negotiation & Product Development

Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, and supply conditions.

Review and approve product samples to define specifications and quality expectations.

Validate certifications, testing reports, and compliance documentation where required.

Provide full transparency to HQ Product Managers on cost, quality, and delivery feasibility.

  • Order & Delivery Management

Monitor order confirmations and delivery schedules.

Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or supply risks.

Collaborate with Quality teams to ensure products meet acceptance standards before shipment.

  • Cost & Price Management

Analyze and monitor cost drivers (materials, labor, logistics, etc.).

Maintain and improve cost competitiveness across assigned categories.

Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in sourcing strategies.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in international sourcing, preferably supporting European or Scandinavian markets.
  • Experience across multi-category products such as hardware, tools, home, outdoor, or automotive is highly preferred.
  • Solid track record in supplier development, negotiation, and cost optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
  • Experience conducting factory audits and supplier capability assessments.
  • Understanding of quality systems, product compliance, and certifications.
  • Ability to manage product development cycles and project timelines.
  • Good awareness of cost drivers (materials, labor, logistics, etc.).
