JAC's client is a Japanese Manufacturing Company hiring Merchandiser (Japanese)
Working location: Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City
(Having shuttle bus from Tan Binh - Cu Chi Factory)
Job Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and respond promptly, including:
- Sample development progress
- Production progress of orders
- Order Squality
- Handling arising issues and customer complaints
- Preparing and updating documents related to production progress, daily/weekly reports
- Maintaining and controlling technical files, documents, test reports, spec sheets, and inventory records
- Accurately convey and implement customer requirements to the factory production teams and relevant departments, including:
- Quality requirements and product testing requirements before production
- Requirements related to production and quality management processes
- Specifications of products, materials, and orders
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to handle issues related to Sample Development, Production, and Orders, including:
- Working with the Sample Department to fully understand product specifications
- Coordinating with the Materials Department to resolve issues related to trims & fabrics
- Supporting and guiding suppliers in handling production-related issues when needed
- Sourcing, selecting, and developing relationships with partners in the supply chain
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in Japanese
- Knowledge and experience in the garment/apparel industry
- Understanding of sewing techniques, fabrics, and trims is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
