GENERAL FUNCTION:
Support merchandising operations by maintaining PLM data, tracking critical path and sample delivery, preparing reports, tracking & maintaining sample stock and coordinating routine communications with suppliers to enable timely buy readiness and production
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Update PLM line plans and ensure data accuracy (Styles/ SKUs/ SPECs)
- Generate routine reports (allocation, sample status, BR/ On-time BR) and distribute to stakeholders
- Release tech packs & track spec locks; raise alerts on delays
- Create sample POs; track deliveries and approvals (proto/ fit/ PP)
- Track & maintain sample stock (Fit/ PP/ TOP)
- Track buy readiness and publish On-time BR report dashboards
- Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups with internal teams & suppliers
- Support issue logs and CAPA tracking
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Detail oriented and strong organization skills
- Good understanding of apparel development flow and documentation.
- Systems: PLM (e.g. Centric), SAP, ERP; strong MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Professional communication in English

- Ho Chi Minh City office with regular factory/ vendor visits
- Peak-season workload and tight deadlines
- Up to 30% travel annually
