Responsibility 1: Develop Products according to the plan
- Analysis of sales data: System sales, monthly and yearly sales trends of SKUs that need to be developed. At the same time, review sales of all Cat and product groups in Cat to find out new consumer trends, analyze competitors products, and provide development directions for New/Renew products.
- Contact Supplier to develop samples, quotation sheet, provide component information, product specifications. Visit the factory to know about the scale, production line & learn more about the product if necessary (mainly discuss with the factory R&D team about the product)
- Working with QA: Sample sensory test => finalize the elements of a product that are needed to meet the needs of the customer, what needs to be changed/improved for the sample product
- Work vs Factory: adjust / repair / redevelop the model to fit the needs of the customer
- Combined with MD: Compare, negotiate product prices, MOQ, packaging and other contract terms...
- Final sample approval: get evaluation, confirm from MD, MD Director, GD via product show/meeting
Responsibility 3: Monitor development progress
- Cooperate with QA: monitor supplier inspection results, check label information, publication records
- Cooperate with Design department: consider product packaging design, packaging material, size for labels, make printing samples
- Send information to generate product codes on the system
- Layout POG with MD
- Track orders delivered for the first time
- Support ISP for stores & track actual store display POG
Responsibility 4: Control after product launch
- Follow the first order quality check
- Track sales after launch
- Marketing & Campaigns to drive sales
- Examine POG in stores
Responsibility 5: Report & other work
- Make sales reports, weekly, monthly and annual KPI reports
- Work with Q.A and suppliers: solving problems when there is a problem of poor quality products, wrong label information, late delivery, wrong production of input materials/commitments...
- Manage Post Marketing of PB
- EBS goods management
JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 3 years experience in retail
- Qualifications (Essential): Bachelor Economics, Business Administration, Marketing.. or related major
- Knowledge of purchasing, sourcing, product development
- Understanding of Retail industry
- Work overtime, go on business trips
- Data skills & skills in Excel, Power Points, Words.
