Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandise Executive based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Merchandise Executive will oversee the planning, selection, and procurement of fashion products to meet customer demands and market trends. Responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring effective product displays. The role also involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in inventory management, planning, and market trend analysis
• Experience in negotiation, vendor relations, and procurement processes
• Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication in both verbal and written English
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field
