Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead MEPF works for new construction, renovation, and upgrading projects.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop MEPF project plans.
  • Review MEPF drawings and technical documents from consultants and contractors.
  • Ensure designs comply with Vietnamese codes, company standards, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with Design, Project Management, Cost & Contract, and Procurement teams to align project scope.
  • Manage technical coordination with consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead MEPF site inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality control.
  • Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate project handover, acceptance, and as-built documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Work at both office and project sites as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of MEP engineering or construction project experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, Vietnamese building codes, and construction standards.
  • Experience in retail, commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
  • Strong project management and contractor coordination skills.
  • Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; MS Project or Revit is an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
